I am delighted to welcome you to my new website and to share with you my experience, work and projects in international law and international dispute resolution.
I advice, assist and represent States, companies and individuals on issues, questions and disputes concerning international law, including the law of treaties, delimitation of maritime and land boundaries, the law of State responsibility, sovereign immunity, State succession, Human rights, European Union law, investment treaties and arbitration. I work on cases and issues spanning the entire spectrum of international law and international dispute resolution.
I have acted as counsel and advocate before most of the major international courts and tribunals, including the International Court of Justice, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Court of Justice, and international arbitral tribunals. Given my track record in offering advice and in successfully representing clients from all over the world, I am ideally placed to assist you with your issues and disputes concerning international law, foreign and international investment law, Human rights and arbitration.
