International Court of Justice
I have acted as advisor, counsel and advocate in more than a dozen of cases before the International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, in the Hague. These disputes concerned the law of treaties, the delimitation of land and maritime boundaries, issues of State responsibility and diplomatic protection, statehood, the sources of international obligations, and questions of diplomatic immunity and status.
Daniel is an excellent lawyer. He gets to the core of the issues quickly and provides intelligent answers. A pleasure to work with him.
